Celebrity Cruises approached Multiplica to optimize their website and increase conversion rates. By using an AI-powered personalization tool, Multiplica created highly personalized user experiences that continuously evolve and adapt over time according to travelers’ needs, desires, and demographics.

Multiplica took a simple A/B testing strategy and enhanced it by creating a series of iterations and new tests so Celebrity Cruises could ultimately provide its online users with highly personalized experiences that drive bookings. To accomplish this high level of personalization, we used an AI Platform Integration tool from our partners Monetate that enabled Celebrity to enjoy ongoing conversion rate optimization, continuous learning, and increased ROI.

Through rigorous testing, we were able to optimize Celebrity Cruise’s website, and our approach to segmentation and targeting yielded a highly personalized customer experience. We’re happy to have achieved double-digit conversion growth for multiple landing pages and significant revenue increase for Celebrity Cruises.
